Balloongrams were born out of the pandemic and closure of our storefront, created to deliver joy to the community's doorsteps at a time when we were all staying home to curb the spread of the virus. Four years later, we are still creating personalized balloon gifts for all occasions and they have become Oh Shiny's signature balloons. Next-day balloon delivery is available for Pasadena and the surrounding areas.
